Interzum 2023: the material and sustainable vision of Ossicolor
At Interzum 2023, Ossicolor brought to Cologne (Germany) its own idea of design: a vision where aluminum, materiality, and sustainability combine to create furnishing solutions that are elegant, functional, and full of meaning.
More than just products
The stand told a story far beyond simple products: it was an immersive journey into a world where surfaces take center stage. Through the combined use of water-based coatings, anodizing, and brushing, aluminum profiles were transformed into true textural works of art. All of this was set within an emotional scenography built around the themes of nature and art.
Smart solutions and elegance
Among the most appreciated solutions, those for kitchens and bathrooms demonstrated how functionality and style can coexist, while the boiserie systems and vertical accessories highlighted the versatility of aluminum in contemporary interior design. Every detail—from surface treatment to invisible assembly—has been conceived to enhance design freedom and minimize environmental impact.
The Interzum installation was also a tribute to art and nature. Earth tones, raw materials, and references to the mountains offered a new image of aluminum—one that moves away from its traditional technical and industrial aesthetics.
The result?
An installation that inspired and intrigued architects, designers, and industry professionals from all over the world.
In continuity with the path initiated at SICAM, Interzum confirmed Ossicolor’s vocation as a Made in Italy company, able to innovate with style, sensitivity, and technical expertise.
