Ossicolor expansion: over 10,000 m^² of innovation and integration

Ossicolor continues to grow. With an expansion of 3,000 m^², our production facility now covers a total area of over 10,000 m^².

5,000 m^² dedicated to the historic production site, 2,500 m^² to the showroom, and now a new state-of-the-art space ready to support continuous innovation and increasingly quality-oriented production.

The new building houses:

• the new executive and operational offices;
• a state-of-the-art CNC machining department;
• a highly automated logistics center equipped with a vertical warehouse capable of handling rods up to 4.5 meters long.

This structure allows for greater efficiency in internal handling and a drastic reduction in storage and preparation times.

The expansion also had a positive effect on the entire company layout.

The oxidation plant has been upgraded to increase production capacity and manage customized requests with greater flexibility, while the packaging area is now larger, more modern, and more ergonomic. All this translates into a fully integrated, efficient, and controlled production cycle, from raw materials to finished products.

But growth does not just mean producing more. It also means doing it better. More space also means greater safety, greater comfort for our 70 employees, brighter and healthier environments, and more rational and sustainable workflows.

With a turnover exceeding €12 million, a 25% increase in exports, and strong participation in trade fairs such as SICAM and Interzum, Ossicolor confirms its global presence and commitment to an increasingly advanced furniture industry.
