At Ossicolor, finishing is not a final step. It is an integral part of the project.

For this reason, we offer two aluminum surface treatments, they are different in technology but united by the same goal: high performance, refined aesthetics, and total process control.

Anodic oxidation

With anodizing, we create a stable oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum.

It is the ideal choice when you need: high corrosion resistance, especially for outdoor applications; durable, abrasion-resistant surfaces; and a technical, clean, and long-lasting aesthetic.

We manage all stages in-house: from pre-treatment and coloring to the final sealing of the oxide pores.

Water-based liquid coating

Water-based coating is a service we have chosen to bring in-house in order to ensure consistent quality and maximum flexibility.

We use a complete pre-treatment cycle and a nanotechnology-based passivation process that ensures high corrosion resistance and improved paint adhesion, without the use of heavy metals.

The coating process is carried out using advanced technologies for automatic mixing and rapid color change.

Looking forward

In 2026, we will take an important step forward: with the 3,600 m² expansion of our Spormaggiore facility, Ossicolor’s production plant will further increase its capacity.
