The sliding rail

The aluminium sliding rail for fridge units was created to offer a more reliable alternative to traditional plastic solutions on the market.

The advantage is immediate: greater resistance, less risk of breakage over time and therefore fewer replacement interventions.

This means being able to rely on a more durable component, capable of maintaining functionality and perceived quality over time.

A simple technical choice, but one with a tangible impact on product reliability and continuity.

The dishwasher kit

The dishwasher kit was designed to solve a practical need, allowing the kitchen to be assembled even when the dishwasher is not yet available.

Whether due to a delivery delay, a customer choice still to be finalized or a future replacement of the appliance, the structure remains solid and perfectly prepared.

Thanks to made-to-measure aluminium spacers, the kit precisely defines the required space, allowing the dishwasher to be inserted easily and correctly at a later stage. It also enables the worktop to be installed without waiting for the appliance.

Ensuring greater flexibility, fewer constraints during installation and a structurally stable kitchen from day one.

Backsplashs

Ossicolor was among the first companies in the sector to introduce, in the early 1990s, a backsplash with an integrated gasket.

A solution that anticipated a specific need: protecting the rear of the worktop from liquids and moisture.

The system combines the backsplash with an extruded element that acts as both a gasket and a drip guard, preventing water from penetrating behind the worktop and therefore.

Better panel protection and a cleaner, more practical and reliable solution over time.

Shelf edging

Shelf edging profiles perform a dual function, both aesthetic and technical.

On the one hand, they finish the front edge of the shelf, improving its perceived quality; on the other, they help stiffen the structure, especially on longer shelves.

The shape of the extruded aluminium profile reduces bending at the centre and gives the shelf a more substantial visual presence, while also making it genuinely stronger.

Greater solidity, a better finish and a shelf that maintains its performance effectively, even over longer lengths.

Corner support

In corner kitchens, space management can easily become inefficient.

Aluminium corner support rails are designed to connect the backs of the modules and avoid the use of two additional side panels.

This makes it possible to reduce material use, recover useful volume and, at the same time, provide structural support to a delicate area of the cabinet, thanks to a solid fixing system.

Less waste, better corner optimization and a smarter solution from a construction point of view.

Corners and Gola profile end caps

When even the smallest detail becomes part of the design, corners and Gola profile end caps make the difference.

Made of aluminium, they ensure chromatic continuity and consistent finishing, without aesthetic compromises.

But it is not only a visual matter. These components hide technical extensions of the extruded profile, compensate for small cutting inaccuracies and make it possible to create more distinctive and sophisticated compositions.

The corner pieces, internally produced by Ossicolor, are machined from solid material: a value that can be perceived immediately, even without being a technical expert in the sector.

Vertical Gola with velcro

Velcro adhesive tape technology applied to vertical Gola profiles is a choice focused on functional simplicity.

With just a few fixing points, the Gola profile sticks firmly to the support, simplifying both installation and possible removal.

It also keeps the internal cabinet clean, avoiding the machining holes required for fixing a traditional vertical Gola profile.

Thanks to this clever system, we provide ease of application, reliability, aesthetic cleanliness and greater freedom in customizing kitchen tall units.

Gola profiles with LED

Gola profiles can be much more than an opening system. With integrated LED lighting, a Gola profile becomes an element capable of adding aesthetic value and character to any project.

Whether it is a continuous strip on a horizontal Gola profile or a dedicated light point, as in the case of vertical Gola profiles such as Luke, lighting enhances the composition and helps create a more refined visual experience.

The result is more customization, greater aesthetic impact and a product capable of standing out through light.

The Zoom leg

The Zoom leg was developed in collaboration with the Italian designer Michele Marcon to respond promptly to a wide variety of configurations.

It can be adjusted in height, adapts to different design needs and helps reduce the number of codes required in stock.

Nevertheless, its real distinguishing feature lies in its manufacturing process: the knurling is not obtained through simple compression, but through machining from solid material using in-house technology, allowing Ossicolor to precisely control the aesthetic pattern across different diameters.

This makes it possible to achieve greater adaptability, greater aesthetic consistency and a high-level finish thanks to our in-house production know-how.

Plinths

The plinth was created for a practical function, but it can also become an element of aesthetic enhancement. In addition to covering the feet and protecting the lower part of the kitchen, it can integrate LED lighting to add a refined scenic effect.

This is complemented by the new corner piece with radius 30, designed to respond to a specific market demand: softer lines and a more contemporary vision of corner details.

The availability of different corner pieces, such as linear, multi-angle or rounded versions, allows Ossicolor to offer flexible and coherent solutions, always in aluminium and therefore with perfect continuity of finish.

The Cover® door

The Cover® door clearly represents the way Ossicolor interprets innovation: not by adding complexity, but by redefining what creates visual disturbance.

The hinge is perfectly integrated into the aesthetics of the door and blends into the profile, leaving visible only what is truly necessary.

This solution is particularly effective on glass doors, where visual order is essential.

But it is not just about aesthetics: the system has also been updated with four soft-close dampers for smoother closing and magnets integrated into the hinge, eliminating the need for additional machining on the top and bottom panels of the cabinet carcass.

Furthermore, the aluminium arm and machining from solid material reinforce the technical value of the component, without weakening the panel through invasive milling.

More elegance, more controlled closing, fewer structural machining operations and greater perceived quality of the finished product.
